Spider Net Game

“Spiderweb” refers to a spider’s web.

Spiderwebs are a classic, slightly spooky Halloween decoration.

The Spiderweb Game is a play activity where you use thin strings like plastic ribbon (such as lily-of-the-valley tape) to create a web, and players try to pass through without getting caught.

You can tape the web between hallway walls, or, if you have a large room, two people can hold elastic bands in both hands and cross them to form gaps for others to crawl through.

During the Halloween season, many limited-edition candies and sweets are sold, making snack time something to look forward to.

How about making that snack time even more fun with a spot-the-fake game? In this “Spot the Fake” game, we mix popular squishy toys in with real donuts.

You have to pick the right one before you can eat!

Since Halloween often involves parties, I recommend everyone try making and tasting original drinks together! You can add food coloring to give them a spooky Halloween vibe, or highlight a refreshing orange hue—feel free to get creative and make them however you like.

Halloween Parade

How about holding a Halloween parade not only at Disneyland or Universal Studios, but also in places we love, like the towns we live in or our schools? These days, Halloween costumes aren’t limited to ghosts and horror themes—there are plenty of anime character cosplays as well.

It seems like a lot of fun to freely transform, at least once a year, into something you’ve always admired and join a parade.

Tape-peeling game with Halloween balloons

A slightly heart-pounding game: the Balloon Tape-Peeling Game.

Balloons are a must-have decoration to set the mood at events like Halloween parties.

We’ll use balloons—kids’ favorite—for a simple game: stick cellophane tape on a balloon, then peel it off.

It’s simple, but if you don’t peel carefully, the balloon will pop.

Go too fast and it bursts; be too cautious and your time gets slow.

To boost the Halloween vibe, draw pumpkins or ghosts on the balloons and give it a try!

Prepare 1.5-liter plastic bottles, cut off the bottoms, and join them together using the heat of an iron.

After that, just paint them and draw faces, and you’re done.

If you’re making this with children, since an iron is used, it’s easy if an adult handles the preparation and the kids only do the painting.

You can of course use them as decorations, or roll them around to play, stack them up, and use them in many different ways.
