Ryo Katsuji released a song under the name “Katsu Katsujiro” titled “Ofuro wa Nurume no Katsujiro” (Katsujiro Prefers Lukewarm Baths).

The music video is fun, too.

Return of UltramanDan Jirō

Dan Jirō played the protagonist Hideki Gō in The Return of Ultraman, and he also sang the opening theme.
His singing is on par with professional vocalists.
Incidentally, the composer was Koichi Sugiyama, known for the Dragon Quest series.
Oizumi Yo

Yo Oizumi, who excels at both comedy sketches and serious acting, has also released songs.
One of them was born from a project on a Hokkaido FM radio show where he served as the host, with lyrics by Oizumi and music composed by Stardust Revue’s Mr.
Nemoto.
Oizumi is truly a great singer! He manages to do everything so well, yet it never comes off as obnoxious—that’s the remarkable quality of him as a person.
Fight! Kamen Rider V3Miyauchi Hiroshi

Hiroshi Miyauchi, who appeared in numerous tokusatsu hero works, first played a hero in Kamen Rider V3, and this song was used as its theme.
There’s an anecdote that although he once got into a quarrel with his mentor at the time, Ichiro Mizuki, they later became good friends.
California ConnectionMizutani Yutaka

Now, although Yutaka Mizutani is strongly associated with his role as Ukyo in the TV drama Aibou, he has actually released quite a few songs.
Among them, his biggest hit is this “California Collection.” His singing has a very distinctive flavor—almost like he’s speaking in the same way he does in real life.
DreamyEguchi Yosuke

These days, Yosuke Eguchi has become a very suave and cool, distinguished gentleman, but he used to be active as a singer as well.
He released more than ten singles and albums.
His image of singing with long hair and a guitar was memorable.
Although he worked as both an actor and a singer, he decided he wanted to master one thing, so he focused exclusively on acting and appears to no longer be active as a singer.
Let’s go!! Rider KickIkematsu Sosuke

An immortal classic that brilliantly captures the world of Kamen Rider! Sosuke Ikematsu’s cover version is used as the ending theme for the film Shin Kamen Rider, giving it a fresh appeal.
Its high-speed melody and powerful lyrics will stir the hearts of listeners.
In the 2023 release, the scene where Ikematsu, playing the protagonist Takeshi Hongo, belts out the song left a strong impression.
It’s a track the whole family can enjoy, perfect for livening up karaoke or as a driving soundtrack.
Listen to this piece, and you’re sure to feel a surge of courage!
