Halloween NightAKB48

When it comes to autumn fun, many people probably think of Halloween! There are lots of Halloween songs, but among them, AKB48’s 2015 release “Halloween Night” really boosts the Halloween mood and makes you want to start dancing.
Just like its tagline, “It’s not a club, it’s a disco!”, the song leans into a disco sound that gives it a touch of nostalgia.
Perfect for getting into the Halloween spirit, and great as party background music too.
orchestraBiSH

BiSH is a six-member girls group that declared themselves a “punk band without instruments,” winning massive popularity with their catchy songs and overwhelming live performances.
Their song Orchestra, included on their major-label debut album KiLLER BiSH, was used as an insert song for the variety show Tokukai TV Sukatto Japan in the “Mune-kyun Sukatto” segment.
The lyrics, which evoke a sense of parting with one’s youth, feel perfect for seasons that tend to make you sentimental.
It’s a rock tune you’ll want to hear in autumn—melancholic yet poppy, with a melody that lingers in your ears.
Step Up LOVEDAOKO × Okamura Yasuyuki

The miraculous collaboration between the up-and-coming artist DAOKO and the legendary funk artist Yasuyuki Okamura is—believe it or not—a dance battle.
Brother Okamura’s sexy yet wild dancing embodies youth in autumn itself.
If you haven’t seen it yet, I highly recommend watching the video.
Coloration BluesEGO-WRAPPIN’

A song that paints a rich spectrum of emotions.
Released in September 2000, this track is known as one of EGO-WRAPPIN’s signature works.
Its unique sound, blending elements of jazz and blues, sinks deeply into the listener’s heart.
The abstract, poetic lyrics color everyday scenes in a special hue, expressing emotional depth.
Quiet yet emotionally weighty, it’s perfect for long autumn nights.
It’s a song that gently moves you as it brings back a page of youth.
Highly recommended for those who want to reminisce about memories of school festivals or sports days.
The Autumn SongELLEGARDEN

They’re still active today, but it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to call ELLEGARDEN a “legendary band.” Their song The Autumn Song was included as the B-side to their fourth single, Missing, released in 2004.
Autumn is that season when you start longing for people or feel sad for no particular reason.
This song perfectly captures that mood—singing about the loneliness of autumn, where life is smooth and trouble-free, yet you somehow feel empty.
The lyrics are entirely in English, but be sure to listen while checking out the Japanese translation as well.

May it be filled with kindnessFlower

This is a cover single of one of JUJU’s hit songs.
Unlike JUJU’s mature style, this version blends cuteness with a touch of fragility, so I definitely recommend comparing the two.
The chorus is especially compelling—don’t miss it.
Answer of the Autumn WindFlower

Flower was a five-member female dance and vocal group that sadly disbanded in 2019.
Their song “Akikaze no Answer” was released in 2014 as their eighth single and was also used as a TV drama theme song.
It also serves as an answer song to “C.O.S.M.O.S.
~Akizakura~” by Sandaime J Soul Brothers, a group from the same LDH label.
The track conveys the uniquely autumnal feelings of sorrow and wistfulness, as well as the frustration of a love that can’t be expressed straightforwardly or go the way one hopes.
