Magic with Balls: Recommended Tricks for Parties and Performances (11–20)
The ball in the cup moves

Magic with cups and balls is a classic crowd-pleaser, isn’t it? It’s simple, yet its mysterious presentation captivates the audience.
That feeling that the ball is bouncing around inside the cup is so exciting, right? In fact, you can try it using everyday items without any special props.
Once you learn it, you can perform it anytime, anywhere.
It’s sure to liven up parties and gatherings! With a few handy tips, you can turn it into a delightful performance that surprises everyone.
Definitely give it a try!
The ball placed in the box disappears.

An ordinary white square box, with nothing but a round hole in the lid.
If you drop a ball into that hole, it should go into the box, right? But in this magic trick, when you look inside the box next, the ball that should be there has disappeared! The trick is actually very simple: the bottom of the box is designed to flap and create a hollow space.
If you lightly press from the back with your finger, the bottom overlaps with the side, so when you put the ball in, the bottom is effectively open.
Then you just slide the box to drop the ball under the table, and before showing the inside, you restore the bottom to its original position.
That’s all there is to it.
A box that produces a lot of balls

When you open the box, there’s one ball.
Close the lid and open it again…
another ball appears.
Then another, and another—each time you open the box, more balls appear in what should have been an empty box.
You’re wondering where the balls are, right? The secret is on the underside of the lid.
A slightly smaller box is attached inside, and it can hold four balls.
The trick is to manipulate the lid to guide the balls toward the opening.
You don’t need to make any big movements to produce them, so with a little practice, you’ll be fine!
In conclusion
We introduced some ball magic.
There was a wide range—from tricks that could pass for professional-level to ones kids would love! Tricks that require technique may seem difficult, but those kinds don’t use gimmicked balls and are harder for the audience to figure out, so it’s well worth learning them.
Please practice the tricks you liked!
