A box where a present appears instantly

It’s a magic trick where you fold a piece of paper into a box shape and cast a spell, and then a present appears in what should have been an empty space.
The paper looks like a cross made of squares, but in fact there’s an extra layer secretly attached, creating a double-layered section.
The present is stuck onto this double-layered part, and when you assemble it into a box, that’s when it’s made to appear.
Be mindful of how you hold and display it before assembly, and proceed in a way that doesn’t reveal that the present is already there.
In conclusion
Have you come across any magic tricks using boxes that make you gasp in surprise? I introduced tricks you can set up yourself, as well as magic you can pull off with technique using a deck of cards or a matchbox.
Please make good use of them when you need to put on a performance somewhere, or when you want to show something to friends and family!
