[Easy & Cute] Let’s Make a DIY Christmas Wreath with Paper Plates! (11–20)
Heart wreath

This is a wreath where you decorate a heart-shaped paper plate base with soft, three-dimensional floral motifs.
If you’re making it with a Christmas theme, it’s recommended to create the flowers in Christmas colors and arrange them in a balanced way.
First, cut out the center of the paper plate, leaving the outer ring, and trim the top and bottom slightly to form a heart shape.
For the flower pieces, accordion-fold tissue paper, tie the middle with a plastic string, trim the ends, then fan it out and shape it.
Once the flower pieces are ready, attach them to the heart-shaped base to finish.
It’s best to pay attention to layering the flowers so there are no gaps and to achieve a dimensional look.
A wreath decorated with origami Christmas bells

Many people prepare paper plates for Christmas parties, but if you “don’t want any leftovers,” why not make a paper plate wreath to hang on the wall? It’s also a great craft to do with young children! Fold a paper plate in half and cut it to make the wreath base.
Paint it green, then tear and stick on origami paper, and add pompoms or yarn to make it look like a real wreath.
When using glue or paste, be careful to prevent children from accidentally swallowing it.
Punch a hole at the top and thread a ribbon through, and it will transform into a lovely wall decoration.
A glittery tinsel wreath

Using sparkly gold and silver tinsel pipe cleaners, this is a cute Christmas wreath made from a paper plate.
You’ll need: a paper plate, sparkly pipe cleaners, ribbon, round stickers, white and light-blue construction paper, double-sided tape, a craft punch, green paint, a craft knife, scissors, and an awl.
First, cut a circular hole out of the center of the paper plate and paint it green.
Next, form the silver sparkly pipe cleaner into a ring and attach it with double-sided tape.
Decorate it with shapes made using the craft punch and with round stickers.
Finally, tie on the gold sparkly pipe cleaner and add a ribbon to finish.
It’s vibrant and instantly puts you in a festive mood!
Santa wreath

If you make a cute mask out of a paper plate, it would be a hit at parties and other events.
For this craft, the key is to cut out the eye area of the paper plate and crumple tissue paper around it to create Santa’s beard.
Be careful not to use too much glue when attaching the tissue paper.
Finish by adding a round pom-pom for the nose and cheeks.
For the handle, try using a straw or a disposable chopstick.
You could also make other animals with paper plates, like a reindeer, panda, or rabbit—they’d be adorable too.
Reindeer and Santa wreath-style decoration

It’s exciting to be able to make a cute Christmas wreath with just one paper plate, isn’t it? With this paper plate wreath, you can even create a reindeer or Santa.
Cut a circle out of the center of the paper plate, but leave the top part uncut so it stays connected—that’s the key point.
After cutting out the center, glue torn pieces of origami paper around the rim of the plate.
You can mix colors as you like—blending different shades can look really cute.
Attach the reindeer’s eyes and nose, and you’re done.
Let’s liven up Christmas with a fun paper plate craft!
