Izumi Festival | Chiba Prefectural University of Health SciencesOct 12 (Sun)–13 (Mon), Chiba Prefecture
Izumi Festival is held at the Makuhari Campus in Mihama Ward, Chiba City. The special stage is packed with live performances by the light music club and presentations by various student circles.
