Goa trance has been evolving year by year.
While it has stayed in the shadow of psychedelic trance, goa trance has earned praise from hardcore fans, and as its history has grown, its styles have diversified.
In the midst of that, some of you might occasionally feel like listening to old-school goa trance.
For those listeners, I recommend “Schöneberg.” This track comes from the 1990s, when goa trance was born, and it’s notable for its nostalgic atmosphere shaped by the sound of that era.
Stolen DreamsOrisma & Quantum Loop
Goa trance once held hegemonic sway, but it receded into the background with the rise of psychedelic trance.
Even so, while it can’t exactly be called a mainstream genre, Goa trance has been steadily evolving, and recently we’ve even seen Goa that incorporates psychedelic elements.
Among these, the one I especially recommend is Stolen Dreams.
