A magic trick where a coin passes through a glass

Is it really without any gimmick? Revealing the secret of the magic where a coin passes through a cup like CGI
A magic trick where a coin passes through a glass

This is a magic trick where a coin pressed against the outside of a glass appears to pass through into the glass.

The key secret is that the magician actually uses two coins.

From the very start, they’re secretly palming a different coin than the one shown to the audience.

By skillfully switching them, it looks as if the coin has penetrated the glass.

The method itself is simple and easy to understand in theory, but performing it naturally without being caught requires practice.

Practice repeatedly in front of a mirror or by filming yourself so you can perform it smoothly and naturally.

Magic where a coin instantly turns into a smartphone

The secret behind the magic trick where a coin instantly turns into a smartphone
Magic where a coin instantly turns into a smartphone

Let me show you a magic trick where a coin instantly transforms into a smartphone.

First, I perform a routine where the coin disappears and reappears.

The secret is that the coin is actually in my hand the whole time, hidden from the audience by the positioning of my fingers and the angle of my hand.

After making the vanished coin reappear and making it seem like the trick is over to lower the audience’s guard, I secretly steal and conceal a smartphone in my right hand.

Finally, I place it over the coin to make it look like the coin has transformed.

This trick requires quite a lot of practice to perform smoothly.

Keep refining it while studying which angles remain invisible to the audience.

A coin passing through a desk

Penetration tricks are absolute classics.

It’s one you’ll want to have down.

This one is a trick where a coin appears to pass through the table.

Of course, it isn’t really passing through.

You make it look like you slide the coin on the table toward yourself with your right hand to pick it up, but in reality you let it drop under the table.

You catch it with your left hand, while moving your right hand as if it’s still holding the coin.

If you tap the table with your right hand before the coin “penetrates,” you hear a sound—but that’s actually you using the coin in your left hand to tap the underside of the table.

Teleporting a coin from the left hand to the right hand using the Goshman Pinch

Insanely fast! Tutorial on instant teleportation with three types of coins!
Teleporting a coin from the left hand to the right hand using the Goshman Pinch

This is a magic trick where a coin that should have been held in both hands appears to move into one hand on a cue.

What you need here is a technique called the Goshman Pinch, which holds the coin on the outside of the hand.

Using this, you conceal the coin while making it seem as though the coin held in the other hand is moving.

The key points are precise awareness of the finger movements that transfer the coin, and the exact positions used to move the coin from hand to hand.

If the fronts and backs of the hands are exposed, it becomes obvious that something is being hidden, so the angles—meaning which parts of the hands you show—are also important.

When we hear “gravity,” we all picture things on top being pulled downward.

But in this coin magic trick, a coin that was below defies gravity and moves to the upper hand.

The secret is simple: you adjust where the coin is pinched and flick it upward by applying pressure from both sides.

Still, it’s surprisingly hard to replicate—if you place the coin wrong, it won’t fly well, and if you move your hands too obviously, people will notice the flick.

Patient practice is key!

Magic where a coin dissolves in water

[Revealed] Do-It-Yourself! A Coin Melts in Water?? Magic Trick
Magic where a coin dissolves in water

This is a magic trick where a coin seems to dissolve and disappear when dropped into a glass of water.

Besides the glass and coin, you’ll also use a handkerchief.

First, grasp the coin through the handkerchief and drape it over the glass.

Then drop the coin, apparently into the glass.

After saying, “The coin is dissolving in the water,” wait a few seconds and then lift the handkerchief… The coin that should be in the glass has vanished! The secret is that, under the cover of the handkerchief, you only pretend to drop the coin into the glass—what you actually do is drop it into your palm.

If you let it hit the glass as it falls, the sound creates the illusion that the coin went into the water.

Hide the coin along with the handkerchief, and the trick is complete.

Practice a few times so you don’t fumble the drop.

Magic that transforms coffee into a large number of coins

A party showstopper! A magic trick where coffee turns into a heap of coins [exposed]
Magic that transforms coffee into a large number of coins

This is a magic trick where liquid coffee instantly turns into coins! Once you prepare the gimmick, the performance isn’t too difficult, so give it a try.

First, pour a large amount of small change into a paper cup.

Then cut out the bottom of a slightly larger paper cup, paint it black, and place it over the first cup.

Secure it firmly so there are no gaps, and pour coffee on top.

Next, show the coffee, cover it with a handkerchief, and say your magic words.

While it’s covered, press down firmly on the paper cup, letting the coffee slip through the gap of the covered bottom and drain beneath the coins.

Then, using the hand holding the handkerchief, secretly remove the fake bottom.

It will look as if the coffee has transformed into coins!
