Christmas StoryAmatsuki

Amatsuki is a singer-songwriter who’s popular in the anisong and utaite scenes.
He’s also active as a streamer, so many people may have discovered him through his game streams.
His Christmas song “Christmas Story” features a wide vocal range from mid1 D# to hi D#, but the vocal line itself is extremely catchy.
The melodic rises and falls are gentle, so even those who struggle with tracking pitch can definitely give it a try.
memoryasmi

Those who watch late-night anime might know it from the ending theme of Rent-A-Girlfriend, “Ienai.” Here’s asmi’s lovely Christmas number, “memory.” The lyrics are brilliantly crafted, with rhymes almost like a rap.
In this song, asmi sings in a murmuring, soliloquy-like style, so it might be perfect for high schoolers who aren’t comfortable belting out tunes.
Subtle references like Midosuji and Hankyu trains will probably resonate with high school students in Kansai!
Happy surprisenaniwa danshi

This is a Christmas song by Naniwa Danshi, a group composed of members from the Kansai region.
With its sparkling sound and light tempo, it conveys a positive feeling of looking forward to Christmas.
The lyrics depict the joy of spending Christmas with someone special and a love that keeps growing.
The vocals have a buoyant, playful resonance that makes you imagine the members singing with smiles.
When singing it at karaoke, it’s important to focus on conveying that sense of fun and creating a bright, cheerful atmosphere.
Starlight ParadeSEKAI NO OWARI

It’s a song that’s well-known from SEKAI NO OWARI’s live shows.
It often appears in karaoke rankings, too.
Thanks to its rhythmic feel, even people who don’t know the song naturally get into it, so sing it energetically with a smile!
Someday at ChristmasDISH//

DISH// is a four-member dance-rock band.
They’ve carved out a unique niche as an idol group that performs while dancing, and they’ve created numerous classic songs to date.
Among them, the one I especially recommend is Itsuka wa Merry Christmas.
Although the tempo is relatively fast, the vocal range is narrow and sits in the low-mid to mid range.
It doesn’t require vibrato or ad-libs either, so simply tracking the pitch is enough to aim for a high score.
