Anime Theme Song Bangers That Hype Up Karaoke [Gather, Anime Fans] (91–100)

Tracing Orion - UNISON SQUARE GARDEN

This is UNISON SQUARE GARDEN’s breakout work, their fifth single released in 2011.

It’s the theme song for the anime TIGER & BUNNY.

The rhythm of the rapid-fire lyrics and the sense of speed create a comfortable sound that’s so characteristic of them.

The piano and strings also add a great accent.

With few spots to breathe and a barrage of high notes, it might be hard to sing well, but it’s guaranteed to be fun to perform!

Take it! Sailor UniformAya Hirano, Emiri Katō, Kaori Fukuhara, Aya Endo

This is the opening theme of Lucky Star, which aired in 2007.

It was originally a laid-back four-panel manga.

The anime features lots of little gags and parodies, which became a hot topic.

The song is what you’d call a “denpa song,” highly addictive and sticks in your head.

The lyrics are complex, so it’s a bit hard to sing, but if you can pull it off, it’s a great way to hype things up even with people you don’t know.

A world where the sun does not riseAimer

Aimer “A World Where the Sun Doesn’t Rise” Music Video (Theme song for Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Infinity Castle Arc, Chapter 1: The Return of Akaza)
A world where the sun never rises Aimer

This song, which is also the theme for “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle Arc: Chapter 1 Akaza’s Return,” spans roughly E3 to E5 and is quite advanced to sing on a first try.

When I first heard it, Aimer’s English-like diction made me think, “Is this a Western song?” but it’s firmly in Japanese (lol).

The A section is sung phrase by phrase in the lower register, but from around the B section it gradually becomes more emotional.

There are plenty of high notes, but rather than belting them in chest voice, using a strong head voice brings out both the poignancy and the power, matching the song’s mood.

From low to high notes, try singing with your eyebrows slightly raised to help stabilize pitch!

It’s the opening theme of Naruto Shippuden, which began airing in 2007.

The anime depicts Naruto and his friends after their childhood, having grown and matured.

Its fast-paced sound matches the world perfectly.

Whether you know the anime or not, it’s a classic that’s easy to sing at karaoke.

Requiem of a TraitorHasegawa Daisuke

This song, used in the globally famous anime “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure,” is such a classic that any JoJo fan is sure to know it.

If you hear it coming from another karaoke room, you’ll probably end up joining them (lol).

It starts gently and builds up gradually, which really boosts your energy when you sing it.

It might also be fun to sing it in front of people who don’t know JoJo and use it as a chance to introduce them to how great it is!

Crimson OathYoshiki Fukuyama

It’s the opening theme of the anime Buso Renkin.

The song is cool, but above all, the biggest reason it became famous is that there are so many parts everyone can shout together.

The melody itself is in a slightly higher key.

It’s a track you’ll want to shout along to and enjoy with everyone.

*~Asterisk~ ORANGE RANGE

This is a song from BLEACH.

ORANGE RANGE has many well-known tracks, but I think this one is a bit more mature.

It blends beautifully with the world of BLEACH.

I don’t think many people are unfamiliar with ORANGE RANGE, so it’s a well-balanced choice.
