A Letter to YouKuwata Keisuke

It was released in 2016 as Keisuke Kuwata’s 17th single.
It served as the theme song for the film “Gold Medal Man,” which was directed, written, and starred in by Teruyoshi Uchimura.
There’s a story that Uchimura, believing that only Kuwata could provide the film’s theme song, sent him a handwritten letter along with the film’s DVD.
It’s a cheer song for those chasing their dreams, and its gentle melody wraps the frustration of setbacks, turning it into a classic that lifts listeners’ spirits.
LetterMs. OOJA

This song is included on Ms.OOJA’s sixth single, “My Way,” which was released in 2012.
The lyrics were written by Ms.OOJA, and the track was used as the image song for the first anniversary of JR Hakata City and the full opening of the Kyushu Shinkansen.
The lyrics are moving, as they convey the feeling of simply being grateful when someone important is by your side.
It also reaffirms the value of a letter as a way to honestly say thank you.

The lyrics portray a woman’s loneliness and love as she writes a letter to her lover who lives far away.

This is the 17th major single by the rock band JUDY AND MARY, released on November 11, 1998.
A music video was also produced.
The lyric booklet features a handwritten “Thank you” by YUKI.

Love letterHamada Masatoshi

This piece features lyrics penned by broadcast writer Kosei Takasu, set to music by his close friend Tamio Okuda.
Released in November 2012 as a bonus with the magazine SWITCH, it appeared as a solo track by Masatoshi Hamada.
