According to ☆Taku Takahashi, it was composed without using the methodology of Japanese kayōkyoku.

Released on November 17, 2004 as the 17th single, it was used in an NTT DoCoMo commercial and became a long-running hit.

It also features YOSHIKA, who at the time had not yet made her major-label debut.
