Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas is a Japanese post-hardcore band formed in 2008.

This particular song became the opening theme for the TV anime Parasyte -the maxim-.

Tommy Hiroaki Tominaga is the lead vocalist of the rock band BLUFF, formed in 2007.
Starting with this JoJo opening theme, he’s also sung themes for series like Yu-Gi-Oh!.
Instead of the typical anison sound, his thick, powerful voice paired with a hard-and-light rock vibe is super cool.
Personally, I hope to see more anime songs like this—how about you?
ImaginationSPYAIR

SPYAIR, the band that performs the opening theme for the TV anime Haikyu!!, was formed in 2005.
Especially during their indie days, they focused on outdoor live performances, so they always keep fans’ direct reactions in mind.

Beautiful finSpitz

The work that drew major attention as the theme song for the film Detective Conan: Black Iron Submarine is by Spitz.
This piece resonates with a theme that evokes a palpable sense of hope and the brilliance of life amid transience.
Spitz’s characteristically transparent melodies and Masamune Kusano’s gentle vocals feel as if they carry the sparkle of summer and the pleasant touch of a sea breeze.
Released in April 2023 as Spitz’s 46th single, the song topped the Oricon Weekly Singles Chart.
It’s a perfect pick for feeling the wind on a summer drive, or for singing at karaoke when you want to give voice to a slightly bittersweet yet forward-looking mood!
