Soran Bushi

Soran Bushi

We’re dancing the Soran-bushi, a folk song handed down in Hokkaido.

It was originally a song fishermen sang while working, but it spread nationwide after the dance to Soran-bushi was featured on the TV drama “Mr.

Kinpachi in Class 3-B.” It’s a rough, masculine party performance.

Well Ghost

The Well Ghost [Side Show]
Well Ghost

This is a character that embodies the idea of a ghost emerging from a well—the well itself has become the ghost.

It was performed as a bit by Kazuyuki Sakuma and also appeared in the drama “Yuusha Yoshihiko.” The character cheerfully introduces itself in a light song, emphasizing that it is literally a well turned into a ghost.

Its distinctive look—wearing the well—and the ambiguity of what it actually is make for a comedic touch.

Effeminate; overly sentimental; being clingy/whiny (context-dependent)

Golden Bomber’s 2009 release “Memeshikute.” They’ve even performed it on the NHK Kōhaku Uta Gassen, so many people of all ages know it, and it should really get the crowd going.

Beyond the singing and dancing, the air guitar, air bass, and air drums are sure to hype things up too.

Don’t cry.

Don't cry.

This is a karaoke performance of Hiroshi Tachi’s classic 1984 hit “Nakanaide,” featuring call-and-response interjections by a group of men dressed in women’s clothing.

The convincing Tachi impersonation and the well-timed interjections are really making the audience laugh.

tile breaking

My party trick is breaking roof tiles.
tile breaking

Many people have seen dynamic demonstrations in karate where roof tiles are broken with force.

Quite a few men may have admired that powerful, cool display.

So why not show off some tile breaking as entertainment at a party? You might think, “There’s no way it’s that easy!!” but in fact, there are special, easy-to-break tiles sold specifically for tile breaking! They’re designed so that even beginners can break them, so go all out, smash those tiles, and flash a confident, triumphant grin (lol)! It makes a strong visual impact and can be performed in a short time, making it perfect for party entertainment.

Perfume performed by three men

Perfume performed by three men

Wouldn’t it actually look pretty cool if guys did it—Perfume, I mean? If you match the costumes to that style, it’ll be even more exciting.

Sharp, precise dancing is cool, but I think going for something comedic is also totally valid.

Ojamajo CarnivalMAHO-do

Tried dancing Indian dance to Ojamajo Carnival!! (2019 ver.)
Ojamajo Carnival MAHO-dō

Do you know Ojamajo Doremi? Since it aired in 1999, it has been one of the anime series loved by many girls.

How about dancing to its theme song, Ojamajo Carnival? The unique lyrics and lively music and dance make it perfect for party entertainment or performances.

It’s fun to dance in men’s outfits like in the video, but dressing up in cute costumes like the Ojamajo Doremi characters will make it even more exciting! Use this video as a reference, have everyone dance with full energy, and make it a fun performance.
