It’s the line Kanroji shouted while tearing off Muzan Kibutsuji’s arm during the battle with the Demon Slayer Corps’ arch-nemesis.
After escaping the Infinity Castle and moving the battlefield to the city, the Corps fought desperately to keep Muzan there until dawn.
Pillars fell one after another, and Inosuke, Zenitsu, and Tanjiro took turns fighting Muzan, but he was so strong that even stalling him was barely possible.
In the midst of this, Tanjiro became unable to use his techniques and was about to be struck by Muzan’s attack.

These lines are from near the end of the story, words Kanroji says to Obanai Iguro.
In the past, Kanroji had been told by a prospective marriage partner that she was different from other people, and there was a time when she hid her hearty appetite.
After joining the Demon Slayer Corps and becoming a Hashira, she stopped putting on a facade, but she still carried the feeling somewhere inside that “I’m not a normal girl.” Iguro, however, watched over Kanroji, who ate well, with gentle eyes and treated her kindly.
That made her very happy.

Mitsuri, Tanjiro, and Nezuko shared dinner together at the Swordsmith Village.
They were walking down the corridor chatting happily when Mitsuri was summoned, and they had to part ways.

Though she’s usually seen as a constantly smiling, cute girl, when she said this she fixed the demon with a stern, powerful gaze befitting a Hashira.
She had been ashamed of herself and worried about how others saw her—wondering if it was really okay for a girl to be so strong—but when Tanjiro and the others, calling her a ‘light of hope,’ saved her after she was struck by the demon’s attack and couldn’t move, her doubts vanished.
She resolved to give her all and protect everyone.

These are the words Kanroji spoke to Iguro, the man she had feelings for.
At this point, Kanroji could no longer feel pain in her body and had realized her life was coming to an end.
Iguro, wounded himself, was the one supporting her.
There had been several moments throughout the story that hinted they might be romantically involved, and this scene clearly showed their feelings were mutual.
Knowing she was going to die, she prefaced her words with “if we are reborn,” which makes it all the more heartrending.
