Hokkaido Music Festivals [2026]: Outdoor Festivals and Events Roundup

SBI MUSIC CIRCUS HOKKAIDO is a new chapter for the urban music festival that began in Kobe in 2014 and expanded to Osaka and Fukuoka, making its Hokkaido debut in 2026. The venue is Daiwa House Premist Dome Sapporo. PART 1, starting in the evening, will feature live performances by artists across a wide range of genres centered on pop, and PART 2 will transform the dome into a one-night-only mega nightclub late into the night. Scheduled for September 2026.

NEXT NOTE FES is a music event from Sapporo that supports music and young wind ensemble members, whose opportunities to perform often become limited after retirement from their school clubs. Under the slogan “Don’t let ‘I want to do it’ end,” the first edition was held in February 2025. In 2026, it will take place at the Sapporo Convention Center Grand Hall, where professional musicians such as HAMBURGER BOYS and Hyoe Ebata (TRIPLANE) will perform together with local school wind ensembles and music clubs. The event will be held in March 2026.
