Kuroiso Jazz FestivalSun, Oct 19 – Tochigi Prefecture

The Kuroiso Jazz Festival began in 2004 as an open-air live event called the “Kuroiso Jazz Festival,” organized by jazz enthusiasts in Kuroiso (now Nasushiobara City). It brought together professional and amateur musicians active mainly in northern Tochigi Prefecture and was first held at the Nakagawa Riverside Park.
