“2525 MUSIC FES” is a music festival launched in 2025 by the mobile marché “2525marché,” championing “A FUN TIME FULL OF SMILES,” and set in Chubudai Sports Park in Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture. Centered on reggae, hip-hop, and R&B, it features a paid live area with performers including VIGORMAN, alongside a free area with around 100 food and market stalls and a kids’ area. The second edition will be held in May 2026.

RAMP JAM FESTIVALSat, Oct 3 – Mie Prefecture

RAMP JAM FESTIVAL is a free outdoor festival held annually at the special HOWA Park venue in Tsu City, Mie Prefecture. It features an open-air live stage by top-tier artists gathered from within and outside the prefecture, along with one of the largest markets in Mie that spreads along the brick-style walkway leading to the stage. Aiming to become a new symbol of Mie, it will be held on October 3, 2026.

Iga Village FestivalFri, 5/1 Mie Prefecture

This is the third Village Festival, held in the beautiful rural area of Hido, Iga City. It began when the opening dates of three village establishments—“Scoop,” “Fuurinya-shiki Kazekoro,” and “Cafe & Bar ChouChou”—happened to coincide on May 1, and it developed into an event celebrating each shop’s anniversary. With the theme “Enjoy Japan’s original landscapes and create Japan’s future,” the festival offers thanks to the village’s guardian deity, Hachidai Ryuo, and features a diverse program including a lion dance, a wind chime concert, belly dancing, and a performance by the erhu duo Onto. It will be held in May 2026.
