Fluffy is a singer-songwriter from Osaka Prefecture, born in 2005.

Her melodies are rooted in J-pop while drawing on folk and rock, with a touch of Western pop from the ’90s and 2000s.

She began her career during the last summer vacation of her final year of high school in 2023 and released her first tracks the same year.

She has been consistently putting out songs, including her signature tracks Playlist and I’m Not Your Baby.

Rather than major awards, she’s earning recognition through steady, on-the-ground activity—like serving as a semi-regular on a local Kansai FM radio program since November 2023.

In 2010, she received high acclaim, including a nomination for Best Reggae Video at the MTV music awards.

With sounds honed through repeated recordings in Jamaica and her overwhelming vocal prowess, she is called the Queen of Reggae.

He is multi-talented, having written songs for numerous artists and, in 2023, composing “Boku wa Jinkō Eisei” (“I Am a Satellite”) for NHK’s Minna no Uta.
