This is the theme song for the 2017 film “The Dark Maidens,” starring Fumika Shimizu and Marie Iitoyo in a dual lead.
The track is themed around hashtags commonly seen on social media, and the music video features the two members of Charisma.com walking through Tokyo’s streets—places often tagged in posts.
Composed by Pablo, the guitarist of PTP, the song’s intro and outro guitar phrases are highlights to listen for.

This is a song by Charisma.com with striking lyrics that vent questions and frustrations felt at work and in everyday life.
The heavy beats and airy tones convey a sense of instability and irritation.
The lyrics are packed with discontent, and as the track progresses, you can feel the anger growing.
By expressing anger directly, it gives the impression of releasing stress.
Following the expression in this song, how about trying to blow off some steam with a dance that lets your emotions out?

Beer after work…
A beer on a day you’ve worked hard is unbelievably delicious, but sometimes you just can’t get through without drinking! We all have those stressful days.
This song is about those tough times.
Maybe listening to this track will help you feel a little lighter.
OLHEROCharisma.com14rank/position

It’s a mellow, soothing track.
Drawing on her own experience as an office worker, it’s a song that cheers on all OLs.
It’s a slightly uplifting piece that only they could write—one that embraces all kinds of stress and hardship.
Kongara GirlCharisma.com15rank/position

This is a track included on the 2nd mini-album “OLest.” Its structure is designed to surprise the listener, with elements like switching to a half-time beat mid-song and a break right before the chorus.
It also has a playful touch, featuring techniques and lines from anime and video games in the lyrics.
Subliminal DietCharisma.com16rank/position

Even when you think about going on a diet, it’s hard to actually start—your cravings win out, and then you regret it all over again.
For you, I highly recommend Charisma.com’s “Subliminal Diet.” As the title suggests, it’s a diet song, but rather than cheering you on, it hits you with painfully honest lyrics that really pierce.
If you’re someone who can’t get a diet going without some tough love, or if you tend to slack off, listen to this track as a warning to yourself.
SupergirlCharisma.com17rank/position

It’s a track you can savor at a slightly relaxed tempo.
The thick, punchy bass sounds cool, and the strong EDM-flavored arrangement is striking.
Amid the lyrics lined with biting, acerbic words, there are moments where soft, airy phrases slip in—and that contrast really hits home.
Happy TurnCharisma.com18rank/position

A song with a very refreshing intro that leaves a strong impression.
It’s included on their first full album, DIStopping.
As an active office-lady unit, this track truly speaks for women’s feelings in a way that’s so characteristic of them.
And the title, “Happy Turn,” is great, isn’t it?
Mummy KillerCharisma.com19rank/position

This is a collaboration track with the dance-vocal unit TEMPRA KIDZ.
It’s a pop, high-energy song.
The music video, which evokes 1980s music programs, was directed by Kazuaki Seki, known for his work on videos for Perfume and Sakanaction.

“Menhera Buss” — an unapologetically straight-to-the-point and, in a way, shocking song title.
The lyrics are packed with abrasive words that made me chuckle.
If you’re someone who regularly harbors the kinds of frustrations written into this song, you’ll probably find it refreshingly relatable.
