EXILE began activities in 2001 with six members, and their numbers have snowballed over time, making them a major idol group today.

It covers a wide range, from classic old favorites to recent hits.

Feather 1/2EXILE43rank/position

It is included on an album released in 2003.

The lyrics were written by the early vocalist SHUN.

These lyrics are based on SHUN’s real-life experiences, and the title “Feather 1/2” implies that he and his girlfriend together formed a single feather; after they broke up, her feather was missing, leaving only half.

Your eyes only ~The Vague Contours (Shape) of Me~EXILE44rank/position

This is EXILE’s memorable debut single, released in 2001.

You could say it marks the beginning of the EXILE legend.

ATSUSHI was a contestant on a legendary audition program.

With its gentle, melodious sound and the twin vocals of ATSUSHI and the others, it becomes a sweet medium-tempo ballad.

It’s a bittersweet love song about feelings that can no longer reach their destination.

This song is the world’s first cover of Bruno Mars’s iconic ballad.

While expressing his respect for Bruno Mars as one of the most musically gifted and talented artists in the world, ATSUSHI thought that if this masterpiece could be sung in Japanese, its warm message might reach even more hearts in Japan.

He therefore wrote new Japanese lyrics and recorded a cover.

Preserving the atmosphere of the original, the song showcases ATSUSHI’s gentle, resonant vocals.

This song, included on their seventh original album “To Our Beloved Future,” is a striking ballad in which ATSUSHI, TAKAHIRO, NESMITH, and SHOKICHI take turns singing.

An acoustic version was also produced, with lyrics written by ATSUSHI.

It poignantly portrays the bittersweet relationship of a couple who love each other yet still drift apart.

That choreography is just too famous! The melody outside the chorus is relatively calm, but the way it suddenly soars from there is irresistible! It’s so well-known that anyone can recognize it from the intro alone, making it a real lifesaver when you’re not sure what to sing next.

An exhilarating upper-tune marked by dynamic beats and soul-stirring vocals that gives listeners a powerful push forward.

It carries a straightforward message: face forward even in difficult times and move ahead with love.

Every time I listen, I feel a fire welling up deep in my chest.

Released as a single in April 2013, it was featured in numerous tie-ins, including commercials for Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical’s Air Salonpas and Toyota.

In December of the same year, it won the Japan Record Award and became the group’s first million-selling single—truly a classic etched in history.

It’s a song I highly recommend when you’re taking on a challenge or need to fire yourself up.

When you feel like giving up on the road toward your dream, this warm melody will surely stay close to your heart.

This piece was released in May 2018 as the fourth installment of the “EXILE FRIDAY” project and was later included on the album STAR OF WISH.

The lyrics were written by TAKAHIRO, imbued with a cheer for FANTASTICS member Shota Nakao, who was battling illness at the time, and with hopes for everyone chasing their dreams.

The arrangement, which layers ATSUSHI’s embracing vocals with those of the young singers who will lead the next generation, conveys a bond that transcends generations.

The lyric video, which featured messages from all EXILE TRIBE members, also became a hot topic.

Why not give it a listen when you’re going through a tough time and want to lift your gaze and start moving forward?
