An addictive pop tune where the bassline crafts a comfortable groove.

“Melori,” featured as the lead track on the album S say released in November 2025.

Written and composed by MINA, the song centers on the “mellow” emotion that blends nostalgia with bittersweet longing.

Its sound—dubbed “Poison & Pop”—perfectly marries lyrics depicting a slightly heavy kind of love with an irresistibly catchy melody.

The music video, planned by Daiki Arioka, also drew attention; many fans likely felt a rush of youth watching the members play their hearts out.

It’s outstanding as a dance number, too, ideal for times when you want to mimic its catchy choreography and have fun.

A recommended track for anyone who wants to bask in sweet-and-sour memories.

This B-side, included on the regular edition of the single “Give Me Love” released in December 2016, is a number created as a New Year’s greeting song.

The lyrics begin with scenes of the year-end cityscape and straightforwardly sing of love for someone dear and the resolve to “stay together from here on.” Its danceable melody and the members’ choral work build a positive, uplifting energy.

It’s perfect for conveying gratitude and unchanging bonds to friends and companions you haven’t seen in a while at reunions or New Year’s gatherings.

A warm, encouraging song that lets you say, “Thank you, and I look forward to many more years together,” at the turning of the year.

This group is also a popular group from Johnny & Associates, like Arashi.

Looking back at the 2011 rankings, almost all of the top ten were dominated by AKB-related acts and Johnny’s idols.

Their momentum still shows no sign of slowing, so this trend will likely continue for the foreseeable future.
