This idol song, “Pop Music,” which drew attention by topping the Weekly USEN HIT J-POP Rankings, is a quirky track that starts with the cooing of a pigeon.

In fact, its melody incorporates phrases from various famous songs.

Since it’s a disco tune, music-loving middle-aged listeners are sure to enjoy it.

How about using it for your company’s year-end or New Year’s party? If you check which classic songs the phrases come from in advance, it might help spark lively conversations later!

It’s a powerful track with lyrics that say if you want to grow, you have to face things head-on.

A track included on their first album released in 2013.

The songwriter Tsunku♂ wrote on his blog that “the sound concept is Latin EDM.” It’s a passionate number steeped in Spanish flavor.

Riding on a rhythm that’s fiercely passionate, with the strummed tones of a gut guitar, the mature lyrical worldview is brought to life by the members’ voices, which color the song.

Even though they sing and dance with passion, the way they finish the performance with cool expressions highlights the song’s appeal.

A song that sings about the cute dilemma of “Girls never have enough time—between love, dreams, and fashion!” It’s perfect for anyone who’s ever wished a day had more than 24 hours.

The track has a grown-up kind of cuteness without being overly sparkly.

The playful, pun-like ring of the title really leaves an impression, doesn’t it? Tsunku♂’s indie second single for Juice=Juice is a scorching dance track where rock guitar tangles with dazzling brass.

The lyrics, which vow to charge down the path they believe in without being swayed by rumors or others’ judgments, are nothing less than a declaration of resolve from the girls at that time.

By deliberately using a word that’s originally a seasonal term for June, it conveys a momentum that seems to bring the rain a little early.

Released in May 2013, this song was also a key track that supported their run-up to a major-label debut.

Give it a listen when you want to blow away the damp, gloomy mood and be your truest self.

Juice=Juice delivers a delicately crafted piece that portrays how the memory of a first love remains etched in the heart.

Even when you’re in a happy relationship now, memories of that first love can resurface in unexpected moments.

The song expresses how the heart wavers whenever you encounter a nostalgic scent or scenery.

Scheduled for release on February 26, 2025 as one track on a double A-side single, this work—lyrics by Konnyaku Nishino and composition by KOUGA—beautifully blends the members’ vocal abilities and performance.

It’s recommended for anyone who carries the indelible memory of a first love, even after many romantic experiences.
