MOMOLAND is a six-member South Korean girl group whose name is inspired by the German fairy tale “Momo,” formed with members selected through the survival audition show “Finding MOMOLAND.” With the theme of “restoring a bit of fantasy to people chased by time,” they were active from their debut in 2016 until 2023.

The group’s name, MOMOLAND, comes from Michael Ende’s fairy tale “Momo.” With a concept of “restoring a bit of fantasy to people chased by time,” the members’ outfits, makeup, and hairstyles all have a unique twist.

The music video presents a cute, stylish, and slightly surreal worldview that’s a joy to watch.

A nine-member girl group that repeatedly won first place on numerous music shows at the beginning of 2018 and also made their debut in Japan.

From their debut song onward, their music has consistently featured catchy melodies with an addictive quality that makes you find yourself humming along.

The title of the song is said to mean the Japanese onomatopoeia for “Ta-da!” used when presenting something.
