This is a down-to-earth number that brings back memories of the smell of dinner drifting from some apartment at dusk in a housing complex.

It’s a collaboration between the rock band Dohatsuten and Kiyosaku from MONGOL800, included as the title track of the single “Danchi de DAN! RAN!” released in July 2013.

It served as the opening theme for the NHK General TV anime “Danchi Tomoo.” The lively back-and-forth between Masuko and Kiyosaku and the four-on-the-floor rhythm will lift your spirits just by listening.
