Although it’s the B-side to the 4th single “Saudade,” this song was performed before “Saudade.” It’s an early, underrated breakup song in which the narrator, heartbroken after a 3-year-8-month relationship, laments, “If I can’t be saved, then I want to erase everything.” The same single also includes a track called “Search the best way,” which uses the same melody with a different arrangement and lyrics; it’s the only song for which bassist Tama contributed lyrics.

Among Porno Graffitti’s many summer songs, I picked one that’s relatively mellow.

It’s an early track, so it has a slightly acoustic feel, but that vibe actually brings out a nostalgic, good old summertime mood, don’t you think?

A song by Porno Graffitti, a two-piece rock band from Hiroshima Prefecture.

It’s included as the B-side to their 15th single, “Sister.” The crisp, buoyant intro and the band’s signature complex yet catchy melodies feel so pleasant, don’t they? The lyrics link shifting inner emotions with the ever-changing sky, which many listeners will likely find relatable.

It’s a track that stays close to hearts troubled by emotional ups and downs and makes you want to look up at the sky.

It’s a song that feels like it’s about the everyday life of a couple in Porno Graffitti’s style.

The lyrics about the happiness of waking up in the morning with your girlfriend by your side are wonderful.

If a newly dating couple sang it at karaoke, it would be a huge hit, and I think it would deepen their love even more.
