It’s a fast-paced pop-punk track featuring a male–female duet with Simple Plan’s vocalist, Pierre Bouvier.

As the title Jet Lag suggests, the lyrics are about a long-distance relationship on a global scale—time zones flipped, day and night reversed.

It’s quite a large-scale long-distance love, but if you’re in one between Japan and countries like the United States or those in Europe, there may be no song that fits better than this one!
