This is an uplifting song by Ulfuls, one of Japan’s leading punk rock bands.
It’s a track I recommend for times when you want to take a fresh look at yourself or calm down for a moment, so it’s perfect when you’re tired from work or studying.

Ulfuls’ “Anzan Mama” portrays the joy of the moment a baby is born and the hope for happiness that lies ahead.
Released in 1995 as the B-side to the single “Tokoton de Ikou!,” it was also used as the ending theme for the drama “Kairaku Ninpu.” All parents share the wish for their newborn to grow up healthy and strong, and the song conveys the resolve of both mom and dad to do their best for that future.
Give it a listen as a song that prays for a bright future for the baby.
