It’s based on Gustav Holst’s suite The Planets.
The lyrics are different, but in Japan it’s well known as Ayaka Hirahara’s “Jupiter.” It’s cherished as the theme song of the Rugby World Cup.

This is a song by Yuko Yamaguchi, a singer-songwriter from Ehime Prefecture.
It was released in 1995 as her seventh single.
The sparkling sound is wonderful, too.
It was the theme song for the 75th National High School Rugby Tournament.

Including its backstory, “Victory Road” is a song beloved by rugby fans.
It’s by Yoko Honna and is strongly associated with the film Whisper of the Heart.
The piece was proposed as a team song by players such as Koki Yamamoto, and supporters began singing it during the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
It has continued to be cherished, with Japan national team members even performing it on the Kouhaku Uta Gassen.
Incidentally, when it’s sung as a team song, the title phrase is changed to “Victory Road.”

The anime Try Knights is themed around rugby.
Its ending theme is Moyou.
It’s a ballad by the rock band Ivy to Fraudulent Game.

It was released in 2018 as their fourth single and served as the official 2018 theme song for the rugby team Sunwolves.

It was also the theme song for the TBS drama “Tonbo.” It topped the Oricon chart for five consecutive weeks and became a million seller with 1.035 million copies sold.
The feelings of young people taking on life in Tokyo really come through.
