MiracleGReeeeN

GReeeeN’s massive hit that sings about various kinds of “Kiseki.” It was chosen as the theme song for ROOKIES, a high school baseball drama starring Ryuta Sato.

It was also selected as the entrance march for the opening ceremony of the 81st Spring Senbatsu (National High School Baseball Invitational Tournament).

“Kiseki” carries a dual meaning: kiseki as “miracle” (奇跡) and kiseki as “trajectory/footsteps” (軌跡), the path one has walked so far.

For the ballplayers competing at Spring Senbatsu, they trust in the “trajectory” they’ve built and reach for a championship—the crystallization of effort—like a “miracle.” It’s a song that gently embraces the players as they keep running forward, believing in many forms of “Kiseki.”

Kokoro-eroodo obu mejyaa

One of the classic songs you want to hear at high school baseball games is Road of Major’s “Kokoe.” It was used as the opening theme for the anime Major.

Many people who watched the anime at the time would say this is the song they associate with Road of Major.

The lyrics, with their strong message, are a powerful support for young baseball players!

The lyrics, filled with a passionate message, are a perfect fit for the atmosphere of high school baseball.

One moreFUNKY MONKEY BABYS

Just a little more—if we push a bit harder, we can reach the championship! FUNKY MONKEY BABYS’ “Ato Hitotsu” gives that final boost to high school baseball players striving for one last push.

Chosen as a support song for summer high school baseball, it has cheered on countless players.

This song also empowers those competing in the spring Senbatsu.

For newly minted second- and third-year students heading into a major tournament—without their seniors—it’s a track that reminds them of the importance of giving that ‘one more try.’

paprikaFoorin

Paprika, written, composed, and produced by Kenshi Yonezu, became especially popular among children.

It was created as a support song for the “2020 Support Song Project” and was also certified as part of the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics “Tokyo 2020 Official Program.” It had also been selected as the entrance march for the opening ceremony of the 92nd Spring Koshien, which was unfortunately canceled due to COVID-19.

Just seeing Foorin energetically dancing to the song somehow gives you courage.

It inspires us to work hard each day so we can make flowers bloom and sow seeds for the next generation.

This is a medium-tempo love song imbued with an unchanging devotion to a beloved presence—one that never fades no matter the distance or the passing of time.

Featuring a refreshing sound with a horn section and the soaring vocals of Reo Fujii that resonate deeply, the track is a single released in February 2024 by Omoinotake, a three-piece band from Shimane Prefecture.

It became a major hit as the theme song for the TBS drama “Eye Love You” and was also selected as the entrance march for the 97th National High School Baseball Invitational Tournament.

Its message—that even if we can’t meet now, our hearts remain connected—offers comfort to the players chasing their dreams and to everyone who supports them, bringing warm courage to the grand stage of the Spring Koshien.

budNEW!Kobukuro

A signature ballad by Kobukuro whose lyrics, depicting both longing for what’s lost and hope for the future, strike a deep chord.

Created by Kentaro Kobuchi in memory of his mother, who passed away when he was 18, it was released as a single in March 2007.

Loved by many as the theme song for the Fuji TV drama “Tokyo Tower: Mom and Me, and Sometimes Dad,” it also won the Japan Record Award that same year.

In March 2008, it was used as the entrance march for the 80th National High School Baseball Invitational Tournament.

The image of enduring a harsh winter while preparing to bloom overlaps with the players single-mindedly chasing the white ball.

It’s a song for those pursuing their dreams and for anyone who needs courage during seasons of farewells and new beginnings.
