Incidentally, the title is said to be a reference to the legendary rock star David Bowie’s iconic song Heroes.

Krewella, a duo of sisters, are making waves as a unit.

In EDM it’s common to feature guest singers, but in most of Krewella’s tracks the sisters sing themselves.

They also DJ during their live shows, and despite their cute looks, they’re serious, bona fide artists.

Their biggest hit so far is “Alive,” and their powerful vocals rival those of professional full-time singers.
