Vocaloid songs recommended for people in their 30s. Classic and popular Vocaloid tracks (21–30)
at the mercy (of); as (someone/something) pleasesr-906

For those in their 30s who haven’t been keeping up with recent Vocaloid tracks, I recommend “Manimani.” Created in 2022 by Vocaloid producer r-906, known for highly original, danceable tunes, it features melodies with a “wa” (Japanese) motif and sprinkles in phrases from the Ogura Hyakunin Isshu throughout.
The track packs in experimental elements—from thrilling synth timbres to deep drum’n’bass.
Be sure to pay attention to Hatsune Miku’s vocals as well; she’s been a central figure since the early days of the Vocaloid scene.
Little sister40mP

This is a work released in August 2025 by 40mP, who has produced many hit songs such as “Karakuri Pierrot” and “Love Trial.” It was created as the official demo song for Synthesizer V’s AI voice libraries, Shuo Ayasumi and Lirise Ayasumi.
The track blends a brisk yet shadowy sound with delicate twin vocals.
The lyrics revolve around the theme of sisters, unfolding a fable-like world.
Please give it a listen while imagining the story it paints.
The Murder Case at the Old Book Houseteniwoha

Vocaloid producer Teniwoha, who draws attention from listeners with songs themed around “wa” (traditional Japanese aesthetics), excels at crafting narrative-driven music and is also active as a novelist.
In 2012, he created “The Old Book Mansion Murder Case,” a work that has become one of his signature tracks and influenced the later Vocaloid scene.
It was produced as the first installment of the “Schoolgirl Detective Series,” in which a schoolgirl and a writer solve cases as detectives.
The song features Hatsune Miku’s cute vocals over a rhythmic guitar performance.
If you were in your 30s and listening to Vocaloid back then, be sure to give it a listen.
15 Years of a Clingy Guy’s Petty ObsessionIe no ura de manbō ga shinderu P

“The Clingy Guy’s 15 Years of Needling” portrays a man who keeps sending poems to the woman he loves.
It was created in 2010 by the Vocaloid producer Ura-Omote Loving Manbo P (aka “Mambo Dies Behind the House P”), known for narrative-driven songs.
The original track is sung by Hatsune Miku, and this is a self-cover version using VY2.
Those in their 30s may feel nostalgic hearing the voices of Vocaloids that were active in the early scene.
It’s a song that depicts a bittersweet man’s heart whose love ends up feeling too heavy.
Be sure to listen for the dramatic, story-like developments as well.
Cowardly Mont BlancDECO*27

A hugely popular Vocaloid producer, DECO*27 is known for outstanding word choices in both titles and lyrics.
The transparent, airy sound is addictive and makes you want to listen over and over.
If you listen while imagining the song’s world, you might feel like you’ve just watched a movie.
Shut up with all that messy noise! ver.2025Owata P

A masterpiece released in 2010 has returned after 15 years! Created by Owata-P, this work is included in the album “million /\(^o^)/” in August 2025, with the music video released in October.
The lyrics, which straightforwardly portray a defiant “Shut up!” attitude toward petty everyday meddling and nagging, may feel refreshing to anyone struggling with overbearing relationships or the difficulty of asserting themselves.
Reborn as the 2025 version, this piece has been given new life—be sure to check it out!
Last Pharaohjorujin

This is a track by the Vocaloid producer Jorjin, who paints fairy tales and historical events with a unique, dark worldview.
It’s inspired by the last queen of ancient Egypt, depicting her racing through a turbulent era at the age of 18, bearing the weight of her nation and deploying every ounce of strategy.
The steady, detached vocals and lyrics that feel as if they’re speaking directly to you are unforgettable, making this a highly addictive song.
It’s recommended not only for history lovers but also for anyone who wants to fully immerse themselves in a rich, weighty storyline.
If you look into the historical facts before listening, you’ll find yourself even more captivated by the piece.
