It’s TOKIO’s 22nd single and the theme song for the drama “The Man Closest to Heaven,” starring Matsuoka.

It was also the first TOKIO single to reach number one on the Oricon charts.

With clearly defined guitar and drum rhythms, it’s a very easy song to listen to.

FutureTOKIO

It was one of the double A-side tracks on TOKIO’s 48th single and was used in a Yamato Transport commercial featuring TOKIO.

The song, written, composed, and arranged by Nagase, is full of speed and energy.

From this song onward, all tracks included on their singles have been created by the members themselves.

This is TOKIO’s 37th single, and it serves as the theme song for the drama “Juken no Kamisama,” starring Yamaguchi.

The song was written by Miyuki Nakajima, marking her first contribution since “Sorafune,” and while it’s rock, it also carries the feel of a kayōkyoku-style pop song.

This is TOKIO’s “Sukisa ~Ticket To Love~.” The song is TOKIO’s 6th single, released in 1995, featuring twin vocals by Nagase and Yamaguchi.

Unfortunately, there wasn’t a video by TOKIO themselves, so it’s a cover video.

It was used as the theme song for House Foods’ “Vermont Curry” commercial.

This is the opening theme song for the elementary school arc of Miho Obana’s original series “Kodomo no Omocha,” which aired from 1996 to 1998.

The OP animation is lively in a way that’s very Kodomo no Omocha, with Sana-chan, Hayama, and the others’ expressions changing rapidly against a sunset backdrop, making it a lot of fun.

The original creator, Obana, married Seiji Mutoh, the composer for Kodocha.

Youth (SEISYuN)TOKIO

This is the theme song for the TBS drama “Utahime,” starring Tomoya Nagase.

Following in the lineage of the smash hit “Sorasune,” it features a refined kayō-rock flavor.

It’s a boldly masculine track that showcases Nagase’s powerful vocals.

A Lonely ToothbrushTOKIO

It’s TOKIO’s 22nd single, released on May 30, 2001.

The song was featured in the drama Mukodono, starring Tomoya Nagase.

It’s a ballad about someone who, after a breakup, reflects on their own faults and waits for their former lover.

Tsunku♂ of Sharam Q, who wrote and composed the song, also self-covered it on his album TAKE1.
