Tenshō Shō TenshōKikuo

Kikuo’s works are characterized by a highly original and uncanny worldview, and once they capture your heart, they’re addictively inescapable.
This song is one of those—its overall mood is dark.
Miku’s clear singing voice enhances the eeriness of the lyrics.

The White Snow PrincessNoboru ↑P

A song featuring Hatsune Miku’s vocals with a pleasantly classic guitar rock sound.
It begins with a line from a fairy tale, making it a track that meshes well with the unique world of VOCALOID.
Starting with a slightly enigmatic, subtly eerie melody, the arrangement opens up in the chorus as if the clouds have parted, delivering a refreshing feel.
From the guitar solo to the bell-accented arrangement and into the chorus, it gently and delightfully stirs the eardrums.
Wind to flowersBalloon

This track was selected as the image song for Hatsune Miku × Sony Store’s “360 Reality Audio.” It’s a work by Balloon—who is also active under his singer-songwriter name, Keina Suda—and it was released in 2023.
Despite its danceable feel, it has a chic, shadowy vibe that’s very characteristic of Balloon.
The lyrics, which hint at negative emotions, are perfect for in-depth interpretation.
Try listening while comparing it with the music video.
Incidentally, the video was produced by Avogado6, who also teamed up on “Charles.”
Patchwork StaccatoToa

The work that expanded the popularity of the Vocaloid producer Toa was their 14th piece, Tsugihagi Staccato, released in 2014, which was one of the tracks distributed as part of the 7th anniversary project for Hatsune Miku.
It surpassed 100,000 views on Niconico and entered the Hall of Fame, and in 2016 it achieved a million views.
The “staccato” in the title refers to playing notes in a short, detached manner, which creates a distinctive sound throughout the song.
The lyrics, which sing of an unrequited love that bears no fruit, evoke a heartrending feeling as you listen.
It’s a perfect number to play on a lonely night.
S-sorry, my voice is tiny.cosMo@Bousou-P

Released by cosMo@Bousou-P in August 2024, this work is a song that expresses the feelings of a shy person.
The protagonist, whose quiet voice often prompts others to say, “Could you say that again?”, struggles in a way that unfolds with cosMo@Bousou-P’s signature style.
The lyrics blend a comedic touch with a hint of melancholy perfectly.
Have you ever been told something like that? Be sure to check out this highly relatable Vocaloid track!
One sheepPeg

This is a song written for the unit Vivid BAD SQUAD from “Project SEKAI COLORFUL STAGE! feat.
Hatsune Miku.” Created by the Vocaloid producer Peg, it was released in 2023.
It’s an electronic tune with a somewhat oriental vibe, where the scratch effects and the dry piano timbre linger in your ears.
With a powerful message—“Forget what’s around you; follow the path you believe in”—it’s a stylish yet fiery Vocaloid track that truly stirs the heart.
Abnormality Dancing Girlto grumble; to complain (colloquial)

An intense synth sound surges in right from the intro.
It’s a track by Vocaloid producer Guchiri—also known for Orthodoksia and Schadenfreude—released in 2021.
This is a high-energy mixture rock number with irresistibly aggressive arrangement.
While it expresses a “new self” in a manic way, I think it’ll strongly resonate with anyone who feels, deep down, “I don’t want an ordinary life.” Turn up the volume and give it a listen!
