full of mysteriesIDONO KAWAZU

Not only does IDONO KAWAZU write and compose music, but he also handles the animation.

One work said to depict his daily life is “Tokaku mo Nazo.” The song portrays someone living an ordinary life as a company employee while finding dreams and hope within it.

You could think of it as a cheer song for working people.

Another appeal is the music video’s animation, where the protagonist— a frog—has charmingly comical movements that will warm your heart.

“Urayamishii,” released in 2024 as part of ESHIKARA—a project that creates Vocaloid songs from a single illustration—was written and composed by Kai, known for works like “Sayonara Princess.” The lyrics unfold with candid feelings directed toward those active as influencers.

The trap-infused rhythms and poppy synth tones lend an urban vibe.

The vocals by Hatsune Miku and KAF, who deliver a touch of bittersweet emotion in a cute way, also convey the song’s narrative.

With a four-on-the-floor beat that shifts in the chorus, this is a Vocaloid track that portrays the emotions of today’s youth.

LUMi, whose voice is derived from voice actress Sayaka Ohara, has a singing voice that is closer to a human’s than other vocaloids, making the songs very easy to sing for people who aren’t used to singing Vocaloid music.

This track also feels more like an anime song than a typical Vocaloid piece, so it’s a wonderful song that will appeal to anime song fans as well.

It’s sure to make you want to have a drink on the porch or under the eaves on holidays like Father’s Day.

Watching the PV while taking in the twilight scenery and atmosphere lets you enjoy the world of the song even more.

It’s an especially recommended track I’d like fathers who are always tired from work to listen to.

In April, when the cold drifts away and we doze in the warm climate, how about relaxing to this song? “Fluttering Uniform” by Vocaloid producer SEE was released in March 2022.

It’s one of the tracks from illustrator Arusechika’s project “eneeemy.” The chill-out sound pairs beautifully with Miku’s soft vocals, making for a very soothing listen.

I’m also drawn to the lyrics’ worldview, which can be read as either a love song or a farewell.

A perfect Vocaloid track for tea time.

[GUMI] URUSaaA Love [Original Song]
URUSaaA loveYM

This is a song I got hooked on because the music video is so well-crafted.

It’s surprisingly polished into a super cool track.

The decadent lyrics and radio-voice style tuning are stylish too.

It makes you want to put it on repeat.

If you play an instrument, it might be fun to try covering it.

Wōnoe Girlboomman

How about a stylish, cool Vocaloid track with a subtly sultry vibe? It’s a piece by the Vocaloid producer boomman, released in 2020.

The rhythmic arrangement makes great use of smooth, ear-pleasing synths, giving it a unique charm.

You get both coolness and cuteness at the same time.

The lyrics have a satisfying sound to them, and the melody line feels great to listen to.

You might even find yourself memorizing it before you know it and humming it at random moments.

That’s how polished this song is.
