The constantly energetic, lively sound is super cute! As the title suggests, the lyrics convey the feelings of the protagonist who’s decided to become an idol, which is another big draw.

The song’s content is simple: it’s about “someone younger than you who’s more talented.” It would be nice if you could just find it funny as a lighthearted song, but for those who have actually faced that situation, it probably won’t be.
Rather than feeling envious or trying to drag that person down, it’s a thought-provoking track that makes you feel, “I’ll work hard too.”
