It really reminds me that the Nordic countries have the soil to produce great hard rock bands, regardless of gender.

Girlschool is an authentic hard rock band from the UK.
“Emergency” is a fast-paced track that kicks off with a tension-building guitar intro.
Both the vocals and the performance are commanding, fully on par with male bands.
It’s also an incredibly danceable song.
The audience’s frenzy in the music video is astonishing.

Haim is a British girls’ band formed by three sisters.
In this work, while the guitar and bass lay down a heavy beat, the overall sound is brisk and danceable.
