Blinding LightsThe Weeknd

The Weeknd is a Canadian artist who centers his sound on alternative R&B while freely traversing pop and new wave.
He began his career in 2011 with mixtapes and cemented his status as a global star with the acclaimed Beauty Behind the Madness and the album Starboy.
A four-time Grammy winner, he also delivered a dazzling performance at the Super Bowl halftime show in February 2021.
Known for his lush, soaring tenor and the cinematic storytelling that explores introspective themes like loneliness and self-destruction, The Weeknd captivates listeners with his narrative flair.
For those who want to fully immerse themselves in his grand, expansive world, he’s the perfect artist.
All of MeJohn Legend

John Legend is an American singer-songwriter who builds on R&B and soul while blending in elements of gospel and jazz.
Familiar with the piano from a young age, he has captivated the world with his exceptional playing and a warm yet powerful voice.
His debut album, Get Lifted, released in December 2004, marked a dazzling start to his career, winning three Grammy Awards.
One of his signature songs, All of Me, is a gem of a ballad whose piano-and-vocal performance resonates deeply.
Beyond his music career, he won an Academy Award for Glory, the theme song of the film Selma.
It’s also widely known that he became the first Black male artist to achieve the four major entertainment awards (the EGOT).
His intelligent, loving voice gently nestles close to the listener’s heart.
In conclusion
This time I tried to pick artists from as many different countries as possible! I considered vocal richness, expressive power, volume, runs, long tones, and vibrato strength.
Looking at it this way, you can see that artists from the English-speaking world and Asia hardly make the list.
While there’s also the matter of how language pairs with music, truly skilled singers do seem to be concentrated in Europe, which is more skeptical about the commercialization of art.
In particular, Italy and Spain stood out as having a remarkable number of artists with exceptionally strong vocal ability!
