Our State of MindAkari Dritschler

Akari Dorichura, originally from Ina City in Nagano Prefecture, is a singer-songwriter who grew up as a Japanese-American.
She performed as the vocalist of the band FAITH and made her major debut in January 2020 with the album “Capture it.” She proved her talent by being selected as a finalist in the 2017 Mikakunin Festival, and songs like “CHAMP” gained attention after being used as background music on Terrace House.
In August 2025, she also released “The Last Time,” which she wrote and composed herself.
Her English lyrics, rooted in ’90s Western pop, and her clear, expansive vocals are especially captivating.
Akari is active in a wide range of fields, including contributing to the anime Lupin the Third Part 6.
She’s an artist we highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality pop music with a Western flavor!
Ah, to reincarnate into youBEYOOOOONDS

It’s an offbeat yet adorable love song about a supremely confident protagonist growing increasingly frustrated with someone who won’t be swayed, wishing they could be reborn as that person just to win them over.
The track is by BEYOOOOONDS of Hello! Project and appears on their sixth single, released in January 2025.
It was unveiled early at their November 2024 Nippon Budokan concert, where its high-difficulty rhythms and choreography brought the house down.
The song is packed with the group’s signature theatrical flair, and the spoken monologues that voice a heart tossed about by love are sure to make you catch your breath.
It’s also included on the album “BEYOOOOONDS 3rd,” and if you listen while riding the ups and downs of your own romance, the protagonist’s earnest spirit is sure to give you courage.
I WANT YOU TO BE MY BABYLEARNERS

An insanely happy rockabilly number that makes you want to dance! It’s a cover by LEARNERS, a band formed around Sara Mary—who’s also active as a model—and Gakuji “CHABE” Matsuda, and it’s included on their album LEARNERS released in December 2015.
Chie Horiguchi’s galloping guitar and Sara Mary’s cute yet punkish vocals match perfectly.
The irresistibly body-swaying sound and the lyrics’ straightforward declaration—“Be my boyfriend!”—are heart-thumping.
It’s a track that makes you want to get hyped with everyone!
Because of loveSnow Man

A ballad that closes out Snow Man’s fifth album, “Onko Chishin,” released in November 2025.
Written and composed by Taisuke Nakamura and TAKAROT, the song delicately portrays the inner turmoil and regrets of a heart swayed by love.
Its familiar, classic J-pop sound is enriched by the nine members’ overlapping harmonies that resonate deeply.
The recording footage has also been released, offering a glimpse into the emotions the members poured into their vocals.
The taste of loveneguse.

A digital-only single released in November 2025.
In contrast to the lively pop-rock they excel at, this one is crafted as a mid-tempo slow number.
The lyrics look back on a relationship that has already ended, poignantly blending the regret of wishing they’d been more honest about their feelings at the time with the certainty that they were truly happy.
It’s a track that makes you want to revisit past loves—perfect for the chill of the season.
My loverKoresawa

The happiness of being with someone you love right now, and the anxiety that the relationship might end someday.
A song that gently scoops up these delicate feelings we all carry has been released in November 2025 as the title track of Koresawa’s digital EP “Atashi no Koibito E.P.” Its true-to-life expressions of love, written in conversational phrases, slowly seep into the heart over a gently paced ensemble.

blue skyNokuchiru

A unit song by noctchill implemented in the app game The Idolmaster Shiny Colors in January 2024.
With lyrics by Tomohiro Akiura and composition/arrangement by Toru Watanabe, it’s a pop-rock number brimming with transparency.
A notable feature is the use of the basic canon progression from the intro through the A verse, with a staircase-like moving bass line that evokes noctchill’s signature freshness.
What’s more, the sound aligns perfectly with the lyrics’ theme of accumulating small joys in everyday life.
