The lyrics were written by Takashi Yanase and the music was composed by Michel Kama.

He’s also well-known as the voice of Suneo in Doraemon.

Depending on your generation, many of you probably grew up with this version of Horrorman’s voice, which is both familiar and really brings out his bony, skeletal vibe.

Kōichi Yamadera, who’s so active in the Anpanman series that it’s hard to keep track of all the roles he plays, sings Kamameshidon’s theme song, “Yama-sodachi Kamameshidon.” His performance is truly faithful to the character.

It’s an enka-style number that captures the feel of Kamameshidon’s somewhat accented speech.
