Happy birthday!Anpanman (Keiko Toda)

A birthday song sung by Anpanman! It carries the message that “your birthday is the special day you were born,” and Keiko Toda’s warm voice as Anpanman really resonates with the heart.
Known as the theme song for the film released in July 1995, “Go! Anpanman 7: Anpanman and the Happy Birthday,” it is also included in the “Happy Otanjoubi CD” series.

It’s the only ending theme for Anpanman that has been broadcast for many years.
The lyrics feature characters who appear in Anpanman, letting you review their names at the end of the anime.
The lyrics were, of course, written by Takashi Yanase, the creator of Anpanman, and the music was composed by Takashi Miki, who has written many songs.
With this song, everyone—hero of justice Anpanman and even the villain Baikinman—can become lovable.

The Gallant AnpanmanThe Bonny Jacks

This is a song born from a musical staged in 1976, before the anime Soreike! Anpanman began.
The performers are the Bonny Jacks, a chorus group known for their beautiful harmonies.
You can almost picture the hero, his dark brown cape fluttering, setting out once again today to help those who are hungry.
It’s striking how the Bonny Jacks’ warm, clear vocals envelop that kindness and sense of justice.

One-Two ExerciseDreaming

An upbeat Anpanman exercise number, “One-Two Taiso.” The cheerful tune gets you excited, and the choreography is simple, so everyone can enjoy it together! The song feels great and is wonderfully familiar.

Tan-tan tanuki demonTanuki Oni (Koichi Yamadera)

It’s a character song for a gluttonous yokai that combines a tanuki and an oni.
The singer is Koichi Yamadera, known as the man with a “seven-colored voice.” Even though he’s a villain plotting to eat Omusubiman, his somehow endearing, comedic personality is brought to life through his chameleon-like vocals.
The song was used in the film “Go! Anpanman: Baikinman’s Counterattack,” released in July 1990, and is included on soundtrack albums such as “Go! Anpanman: Baikinman’s Counterattack / Omusubiman.”
