It’s not actually during a Ritz party or anything, but apparently the song was title-first, originally conceived for an outrageously cheerful party.

It is included as the fifth track on the album “Superstar,” released on October 26, 2011.

A poignant voice sings a melody with the atmosphere of a kayōkyoku-style pop song.

It’s a bittersweet love song themed around a summer festival.

It was released in 2012 as the sixth single and was also included on the 2016 best-of album “Encore.” The lyrics, from a male perspective who can’t quite bring himself to say “I like you,” are irresistibly heart-fluttering and warming.

It’s just a daydream, but singing this at karaoke with the person you like and confessing your feelings might be pretty romantic.

Song of the Black Catback number

A digital-only track by buck number released on August 1, 2016.

It was chosen as the theme song for the film “Rudolph and Ippaiattena.” The lyrics make you think about being true to yourself, and the catchy, upbeat sound is very appealing.

It’s a song that conjures the image of a couple whose relationship has grown cold, yet they’re desperately trying to hold on.
