The fourth installment in a Japanese ten-month consecutive release project, digitally distributed in June 2015.
It’s a rhythmic dance track that makes you want to move along.
The addictive lyrics invite you to set out on a journey of self-discovery on a hot summer night, and BEAST’s refreshing vocals leave a lasting impression.
Soom (Breath / 息)BEAST
The title track of their third mini-album “Mastermind,” released in September 2010.
It depicts a man who can’t forget his ex-girlfriend and whose chest aches so much he can barely breathe as time goes by.
Member Yong Jun-hyung participated in writing the lyrics, and the song drew attention for Yang Yo-seop’s outstanding vocal ad-libs in the latter part.
아름다운 밤이야 (Beautiful Night)BEAST
I think BEAST has a lot of breakup songs, but this one is a love song written with a woman in mind.
The sweet lyrics say, “Because the stars are beautiful tonight, take my hand so this night can last forever.” In the music video, there are scenes where the members dance freely and joyfully, and listening to this song makes you want to have fun and dance.
Good LuckBEAST
The title track from the 6th mini album “Good Luck,” released in June 2014.
It’s a song written and composed by member Yong Jun-hyung.
The lyrics, laced with irony—“For the wounds you left me, you have to be even happier”—leave a strong impression, and Yang Yoseob’s powerful vocals in the intro especially draw listeners in.

This is dance music by Beast, a group popular for their “beastly,” predatory male image that appeals to women’s instincts.
While it has a vibe that resonates with younger audiences, it’s also easy to listen to, and thanks to the producer’s skill, it’s crafted to be solidly danceable.
On rainy daysBEAST
BEAST is a five-member male idol group that has been active since 2009.
The group originally debuted with six members, and it had already attracted attention before debut because three of the six were already famous.
Their songs have been hits in Japan, and they have appeared on television there as well.
On Rainy DaysBEAST
A mid-tempo number by BEAST, the group that was reborn as HIGHLIGHT in 2017.
It’s included on their first full album, “Fiction and Fact.” People often say that scents can trigger memories, and this song captures that idea as if the scent were turned into rain.
He knows it’s over because she’s said goodbye, yet there’s nothing he can do but lament… The way the lyrics express this is painfully moving.
The imagery of falling rain links with the blue mood, making it all the more heartrending.
