Put another rubber band (with a clip attached to it) around your ring fingers.
Then, use your thumbs to bring the lower rubber band (the one with the clip) up, and insert your index, middle, and ring fingers into the gap from top to bottom.
That’s all for the setup.
Now, as you pull the rubber bands and remove your fingers one by one from the top, the clip will move down!
