Pop-up birthday card

A handmade pop-up birthday card will surprise the person you give it to.
Fold a sheet of paper into a square, then cut it following the video and start creating the mechanism.
It may look difficult, but it’s actually very easy to make.
Attach the cross-shaped mechanism to the base card.
Fold a long, narrow strip of paper into four sections, attach it to the mechanism, and decorate it with your favorite stickers.
Write your message in the open spaces, decorate the cover, and you’re done.
It’s such a simple method that older adults can enjoy making it with ease!
Bouquet Pop-Up Card

On birthdays, we sometimes receive or give bouquets, right? Getting a beautiful bouquet can make you feel very happy.
So, let’s make a birthday card that captures the feeling of a bouquet.
We’ll add a creative twist to where we cut the card paper.
When you open it, the inner paper pops up in 3D.
This is called a pop-up card, and when you open the card, a three-dimensional bouquet appears.
Use a craft punch to cut flower shapes from colored construction paper and stick them onto the card.
Add a message or decorate with masking tape, and you’ll have a lovely finished card.
It seems like older adults would also be very pleased with a three-dimensional bouquet card.
In conclusion
Colorful shikishi boards and message cards are perfect for expressing your congratulations. If making something by hand is difficult, simply writing messages from family and friends on a shikishi in their favorite color should be more than enough to bring joy. Please use these ideas as a reference and try creating a shikishi or message card befitting a 100th birthday celebration.
