FACT’s famous and popular songs (21–30)
choisesFACT

A track included on the best album “best+ 2009–2015.” Released after the band announced their breakup, it’s a new song featured on their final best-of compilation.
Reflecting the members themselves as they set off on different paths after the disbandment, this song is a masterpiece that will continue to resonate in the hearts of fans.
disclosureFACT

A track from the 5th album “witness,” released in 2014.
At the time, the music video was uploaded to YouTube in stages without any prior announcement, showing only the drums, bass, and guitar.
Videos of the performance were posted, and the innovative release method drew a lot of attention.
Although it was instrumental-only at first, a regular version with vocals was later produced.
In fact, that version was still not the final cut; the definitive MV is available on the special website for the 15th anniversary.
polyrhythm winterFACT

The programmed music box melody is beautiful, and with elements like shifting time signatures, it feels distinctly different from FACT’s previous songs.
Listening to it evokes winter.
It’s a heavy track with a slightly lonely atmosphere.
Highly recommended if you love winter.
hate induces hateFACT

A track included on First co3.
Although the song itself is relatively short at around 2 minutes and 20 seconds, the storyline that unfolds throughout feels great.
The demon two-beat is breathing fire.
It’s fast.
There are also rhythms with a heavier sense of tempo, making it thoroughly satisfying to listen to!
overFACT

A song with a relaxed tempo yet their signature weight.
Even within that heavy ensemble, the way the chorus opens up sonically is really cool and drew me in.
It also struck me as rare to hear this kind of groove in their music.
the way downFACT

A track from the 2015 album “KTHEAT.” The smartphone-specific music video changes when you swipe the screen, and tilting the phone reveals parts that weren’t visible before.
It’s said to be one of the longest smartphone-only MVs in the world!
witnessFACT

This is a track included on the album “WITNESS.” Amid a terrifyingly intense series of shifts in the song’s tone, the repeatedly chanted “whoa-oh-oh” leaves a striking impression.
The way it surges toward the finale, as if stitching multiple songs together, is breathtaking—you’re overwhelmed by its one-of-a-kind, endlessly diverse range!
