There are truly countless songs in the VOCALOID scene, but in this article, I’ve put together a selection of especially stylish tracks.

In a word, it’s a futuristic and cute song.

Yet it also carries a hint of shadow, evoking a touch of sadness.

It’s the kind of Vocaloid track that gently keeps you company on nights when you’re afraid you might be all alone, offering comfort to the heart.

Someone’s PrologueNEW!YUUHI

This is a track by Vocaloid producer YUUHI, released in February 2026.

Its appeal lies in an inventive sonic palette built around a funky bassline, resulting in a finish that blends chic style with cool swagger.

The lyrics carry a message like, “Even if it’s just another ordinary day for someone else, for me it’s the beginning of a story,” which is another hallmark of the song.

It’s a Miku track with a curious atmosphere—neither negative nor positive—that’s uniquely its own.

Ideal IdolNEW!ki-you

Raincoat is an electro-swing style track featuring Rimuru’s cute vocals that linger in your ears.

Created by Vocaloid producer ki-you, this work was released in February 2026 as his 14th piece and is an entry for VOCACOLLE Winter 2026.

It portrays the mindset of a protagonist seeking validation through a being they themselves created—adorable, yet tinged with a subtle darkness.

That contrast is irresistible, making it a highly addictive duet number.

A work that overlays a sea creature that keeps others at bay with the lonely figure of a creator whose individuality isn’t accepted.

It’s a track released in February 2026 by the Vocaloid producer Namiguru-sa, who’s also gaining attention for providing anime ending themes and a McDonald’s commercial song.

It was created as a contribution to the compilation album “VocaTECH FUSION.” The high-tech sound matches perfectly with Miku’s cool vocals, and the surging wall of sound is truly overwhelming.

Be sure to turn the volume up!

s o f t w a r eNEW!Satō Naiko

Here’s a track released by Vocaloid producer Noriko Sato in February 2026.

It’s the UTAU voicebank “Kaze Hiki” version of a piece provided to nmc.

The vocals, where human warmth overlaps with a mechanical edge, leave a strong impression.

The sound arrangement also draws you in, evoking the boundary between dreams and reality.

It makes you feel as if you’re drifting through a sea of sound.

Be sure to dive into this deep electronica.

It ended up being just noise!NEW!mizenkei

A track by Vocaloid producer Mizenkei, released in February 2026.

You’ll be drawn into a high-speed soundscape where brightness and anxiety are exquisitely blended.

It’s packed with addictive elements—irregular breaks, shifting BPM developments, and relentless melodies.

And the lyrics capture a resignation toward modern society and oneself that’s all too relatable.

Music that could only be born in this era.

It’s a four-on-the-floor rock number with a faint air of melancholy.

The track is by Inabakumori, a Vocaloid producer known for hits like “Lagtrain” and “Lost Umbrella,” and it was released in 2021.

It’s an ultra-stylish piece that couldn’t suit the word “cool” any better.

The bouncy groove, the repeating guitar, the surging bassline—every slice you take is captivating.

The fact that the theme is rain boots is intriguing, too.

It might be a refined choice to listen to on a rainy day.
