The popular idol group Keyakizaka46.
Although they’ve released many classic, mainstream-style songs, they’ve recently been putting out more tracks with somewhat complex structures, perhaps in line with the K-pop boom.
Among Keyakizaka46’s songs, the one I especially recommend for women who are tone-deaf is “Aishiai Nasai.” This piece is crafted as an idol song with an ’80s synth-pop flavor.

Are you alive?Kotone
This is the sixth digital-only single by singer-songwriter Kotone, who won a music contest two years in a row in 4th and 5th grade and played in a band during junior high school.
The song was featured as one of the original numbers for the TV drama Night Doctor, and its powerful, emotional vocals really resonate with the heart.

Since this genre places more emphasis on the track and instrumentation than on vocals, the vocal lines are naturally kept simple.
The range isn’t high either, so consider adding it to your repertoire.

This is Aimyon’s second digital-only single, released in February 2021.
As the title suggests, it’s a heartwarming song that evokes a quiet scene, and the melody is very easy to hum.
Even those who aren’t confident singers should be able to choose it for karaoke and sing it without too much difficulty.
Another selling point is that the vocal melody doesn’t span a very wide range.
In the pre-chorus, there’s a slightly fast-paced section—be careful not to fall behind the rhythm, but also not to rush ahead.
In the original key sung by Aimyon, there are parts in the chorus where she switches to falsetto; if you’re not confident with that transition, try lowering the key.
