It’s a smash hit by TWICE, the Korean idol group that truly embodies “cute and sexy,” showing a wide range of expressions depending on the song.

Everyone knows it by now, right? The iconic “TT pose” from the chorus went explosively viral on photo booths and TikTok.

The formations and synchronization might look tough, but why not boldly take on this song? If you film your practice and screen a “how hard we worked” video alongside the performance, it might create unexpected emotion.

If you don’t have much time to practice, it’s also a great idea to tweak it so everyone just dances the chorus together.

The FoxYlvis

[The Rumored Fox Dance] We Want to Dance with Everyone
The FoxYlvis

Released in September 2013 by the Norwegian comedy duo Ylvis, this song became widely known in Japan as the track danced to by the Fighters Girls, cheerleaders for the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters.

Many of you have probably seen the “fox dance,” performed with fox ears and tails.

The song was named YouTube’s top trending video of 2013 and has surpassed 1.1 billion views in total.

It was also included in Just Dance 2015.

Dress up like animals and dance like the Fighters Girls, and the crowd is guaranteed to go wild! The choreography is simple and easy to learn, making it perfect for enjoying together in a large group.

It’s sure to be a top-notch song that fills the venue with smiles!

Jungkook, known as a member of the popular Korean idol group BTS, is also drawing attention as a solo artist.

His latest track, “Seven (feat.

Latto),” features American rapper Latto.

The song falls under the UK-born genre of garage pop and is notable for its lyrics depicting the passionate feelings of two people deeply in love.

While it expresses a sentimental desire to be together “every day, every hour, from Monday to Sunday,” it also conveys a profound understanding and affection for a relationship that supports each other in a heavy world.

It’s quite advanced, but if you include it as a dance number at a school festival, you’ll almost certainly be the star of the day!

EXCITEMiura Daichi

EXCITEMiura Daichi

Why not grab everyone’s attention at your school or cultural festival with Daichi Miura’s razor-sharp “EXCITE,” which features both killer vocals and dance? Released in 2017, this song was chosen as the theme for Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, the 45th anniversary commemorative work of the Kamen Rider series.

Thanks to that, it drew lots of attention from kids and quickly exploded in popularity.

Daichi Miura’s insanely skilled choreography might seem tough, but there’s no doubt it’ll be a blast if you can pull it off! Give it your best and practice—it’s a great way to make awesome memories during your school days.

PlayPerfume

[Official Music Video] Perfume 'Saisei' (Rebirth)
PlayPerfume

For anyone who wants to perform a cute dance at a school festival, I recommend Perfume’s “Saisei.” It was released on November 29, 2019, and was also used as the theme song for the film “Murder at Shijinsou.” It features an off-beat rhythm, a pop vibe, and a catchy, easy-to-remember chorus melody.

It’s fun to imitate Perfume’s choreography, but creating your own routine with friends and performing an original dance can be just as enjoyable.

The rhythm is easy to groove to, so on the big day, get into the spirit and dance like you’re Perfume!

The sign is BB Komachi

The sign is BB Komachi

The smash-hit anime Oshi no Ko.

Be sure to check out its in-universe song Sign wa B as well.

It’s a track performed by the idol group B-Komachi that appears in the story.

The vocals are by the characters’ voice actors: Yurie Igoma, Megumi Han, and Rumi Okubo.

It has the classic feel of an idol song, characterized by plenty of call-and-response parts.

Another fun highlight is the catchy choreography, like making a heart shape with the hands.

VoyageIkuta Rira

Rira Ikuta, known as the vocalist of YOASOBI and firmly established as a solo artist, released this work in October 2025.

It was written specifically as the required track for LOVE Dan 2026, a high school dance video contest hosted by Nippon TV’s DayDay.

The lyrics, which portray the conflicts and anxieties that arise while chasing dreams and hopes, resonate with today’s high school students.

It’s a pop anthem you’ll want to listen to when you need the strength to move forward into tomorrow.
